The three grinding rollers of the coal mill are driven by a rotating grinding disc for grinding operations. After the incoming material falls onto the grinding disc through the central coal chute, it is transported to the grinding roller for grinding by the centrifugal force generated by the rotating grinding disc. The grinding pressure is generated by a spring or hydraulic pressure device, and is evenly transmitted to the three grinding rollers through a static three-point system. The pressure is then transmitted to the foundation through the pressure system. The drying and transportation of coal powder are carried out using hot air. The hot air is evenly distributed around the grinding disc through the nozzle ring, drying the ground material and conveying it to the separator at the upper part of the mill. The coarse and fine powders of the material are separated here, the fine powder is discharged from the mill, and the coarse powder is returned to the mill for grinding. Some non crushable materials in the material can be discharged through the slag outlet at the bottom of the mill. The coal mill is mainly composed of components such as the foundation, reducer, lower frame machine, middle frame machine, grinding disc, grinding roller, pressurization device, separator, positive pressure air sealing device, steam blowing device, etc. It is also equipped with auxiliary equipment such as the main motor, lubricating oil station, hydraulic station, and sealing fan. In addition, it is equipped with a slow transmission device, special tools for installation and maintenance, escalator platform, coal powder distributor, quick stop valve and other supporting equipment for users to choose from. The coal mill adopts a hydraulic pressurization system, which can adjust the grinding pressure during operation and has better iron protection performance.
